In Kaunas there a lot of interesting, but one thing was a little bit unexpected. The hostess recommended us to visit the restaurant on the hill near the guest house where we were living.
After going up on the hill we saw the viewing place and the restaurant.
The most impressive thing is the outdoor area:
They have only Lithuanian menu, but the waiters know english and can help with the menu. It wasn’t a big problem for us, because we knew some Lithuanin words at that moment.
It wasn’t expensive if we compare with tourisitic restaurants. A pretty big pizza, couple of drinks and two salads cost something like 12-14 euros. The kitchen is closing after 10 o’clock p.m., so if want to eat there you need to go earlier.
The restaurant looks great inside too.
The viewing is a good place for sitting at evening too(photo is made from the restaurant.
And the nice view at the night Kaunas.
