I have an opinion that everybody needs to celebrate New Year in the Center of Tallinn in Estonia. Here you can see some photos of Old Tallinn in New Year TIme.
Winter in the end of 2015 doesn’t look like a classic winter in lot of places. Tallinn isn’t exception. This picture looks like an autumn or early spring, but it’s winter, the end of December and it’s seven degrees below zero.
Flower shops sale not only flowers, but also Christmas whreaths.
And there a little market of warm stuff.
The streets of Old Town are decorated nicely and decently.
Not only big streets, even little narrow streets are decorated.
It’s not a public place on this picture, it’s just a private parking.
The restorant which is situated in a courtyard.
St. Peter and St.Paul’s Cathedral has nice decoration for Christmas and New Year.
